Terms of service

Effective October 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of levanzon.com and any purchase you make from Levanzon LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the shop or placing an order you agree to them. Our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies form part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Orders

2.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it.

2.2 We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, was listed at an obvious pricing error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

2.3 We may limit the quantity of an item per order.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

3.2 We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

3.3 Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order.

3.4 Discount codes have no cash value, apply only while active and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship as described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Contact us if a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Returns policy explains how to return an item and when we refund. It does not limit any right you have under law.

6. Product information

We describe products using the maker’s own descriptions, measurements and photographs. Colors on screen may differ from the item. If an item is not as described, you may return it under our Returns policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this shop belongs to us or our licensors. Product names, brand names, logos and product photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

8. Use of the shop

You agree not to misuse the shop, including by attempting to breach its security, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders or copying it by automated means. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

9. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, and to the extent the law allows, the shop and its content are provided “as is”. Any product warranty is the maker’s. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where the law forbids them.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Kuna, Idaho, unless the consumer law of your state lets you bring it where you live. Please contact us first, so that we can try to resolve it.

12. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms, and the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
