Returns & refunds

Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid. Items should come back unused and in their packaging — an ornament that has been on a tree is fine, one that has been glittered is not.

If we got it wrong, we pay

Wrong item, damaged in the post, or not what the page described: we cover the return postage and refund in full. If a piece arrives broken — glass does travel — do not post it back. Send [email protected] a photograph and keep the pieces; we refund or replace on the photograph alone.

If you have simply changed your mind

Email [email protected] with your order number and we will confirm the address. You post it back at your own cost, and packed well enough to survive the journey — these are blown glass and hand-painted pieces, and a returned ornament that arrives in pieces cannot be refunded. Use the box it came in where you still have it, and get a tracked service; until it reaches us it is still your parcel.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, within three business days of the parcel reaching us safely. Original postage was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
